- Prepare a 25 % solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard Phase C: Mix the ingredients until clear solution.
- In the main mixer, add ingredients A and heat the phase to 65°C until completely melt. Stop heating and add, slowly and in sequence, ingredients B while mixing with blades for 10’ after each addition.
- Check the homogeneity after each addition. Add Phase C and mix with blades for 5’.
- Add, in sequence, ingredients D and E and mix for 5’ after each addition. Cool to room temperature. Take a sample for analytical controls.
