LTD. consider ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION HEAL TH & SAFETY as a responsibility of management and employee in all the functions and hence it conducts all its operations in a manner that is protective of the environment Health & Safety of Employees, Customers & the Community. It’s our responsibility to create a safe & healthy workplace for all.
To full fill this commitment. Novaphene has developed and adopted the following Policy on ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS).
- We shall comply with all relevant statutory and other requirements in the area of EHS.
- The Company shall provide appropriate training and disseminate information to enable all employees to accept individual responsibility for Environment, Health, and Safety, implement best practices, and work in partnership to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- The Company shall provide and maintain facilities, equipment, operations, and working conditions that are safe for employees, visitors, and contractors at the Company's premises.
- We strive for continual improvement in our EHS laws applicable to her or his area of Operational responsibility.
- The Company shall ensure safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all substances and materials that are classified as hazardous to health and the environment.
- The Company shall encourage and promote waste minimization, energy efficiency, and resource conservation thereby supporting sustainable development.
- We shall use natural resources more efficiently. Reduced waste and prevent Environment & implement a system of regular EHS audits in order to assure compliance with laid down policy.
- The Company firmly believes that adherence to the EHS policy is an integral part of the organizational culture, and all employees are responsible and accountable individually as well as collectively towards the same.
The Managing Director of Novaphene, Mr. Saral Shah, ensures that the EHS Policy is made understood at all levels of the organization by means of displaying the policy at various locations, displaying the policy in the local language wherever required, and setting objectives in line with the policy.
